1. Installing

If you don’t already have a subspace wallet, follow step 2. Create wallet, then go to the next step.

Use our script for a quick installation:

For newer processors since ~2015

wget -O subspace.sh https://api.nodes.guru/subspace.sh && chmod +x subspace.sh && ./subspace.sh

For older processors since ~2009 and some old VMs

wget -O subspace.sh https://api.nodes.guru/subspace_v2.sh && chmod +x subspace.sh && ./subspace.sh

2. Create wallet

You can use the official Subspace wallet, the instructions are here

3. Additional

Check node logs:

journalctl -u subspaced -f -o cat

Check farmer logs:

journalctl -u subspaced-farmer -f -o cat

Restart node:

sudo systemctl restart subspaced

Restart farmer:

sudo systemctl restart subspaced-farmer

Explorer:

Upgrade node to the latest release.

For newer processors since ~2015:

wget -O subspace_update.sh https://api.nodes.guru/subspace_update.sh && sudo chmod +x subspace_update.sh && ./subspace_update.sh

For older processors since ~2009 and some old VMs:

wget -O subspace_v2_update.sh https://api.nodes.guru/subspace_v2_update.sh && sudo chmod +x subspace_v2_update.sh && ./subspace_v2_update.sh

Delete node:

sudo systemctl stop subspaced subspaced-farmersudo systemctl disable subspaced subspaced-farmersudo rm -rf ~/.local/share/subspace*sudo rm -rf /etc/systemd/system/subspace*sudo rm -rf /usr/local/bin/subspace*
